The first page
After registering your users will be sent to the lobby section of your event, where they can see your sponsor or event banners, they can review the schedule for your entire event and navigate to any part of the event from the navigation on the left.
Live or pre-record
Bettercast can support live stream through RTMPS or pre-recorded video so your guests can enjoy the conference live or in catchup. All the content on the site dynamically updates, as your event progresses your session content changes with it. Utilise the widget area to have embed
Look who's talking
Categorise and organise all your event presenters, speakers, moderators and MC's into an easy to navigate page.
Provide links, a short biography and more for your event guests to get to know more about the talented professionals presenting at your event.
Your guests can walk a virtual exhibition floor for your event, then dive into more detail on the microsite each exhibitor has in your event portal. The exhibitor site hosts, images, text content, virtual business cards, product videos and downloads, Calendly integration, contact forms, contact details and more.
Give back to your event sponsor
Your sponsor page holds all the links and information to your event sponsors. Categorise them any way you want with 4 different levels of content presentation.
Default we have platinum, gold, silver and bronze, however, you can change that to be anything you like. Each level has links to the sponsor site, however only platinum can support additional links, Gold and platinum also support some text information as well.
Networking or Breakout rooms
Provide a no install video networking experience just like a zoom call that anyone can join, with no downloads.
Moderated rooms can operate as a public group call or you can have password-protected breakout rooms. Host up to 75 people in any one room.
